Small , consistent habits can help you completely change your life, mindset, peace and improve productivity. Here are some small habits to change your life.
Habit 1: Wake up Early – Feel refreshed
This is usually one of the easiest habits anyone can do , but for some reason it has become difficult to most people. It mainly occurs because of not sleeping early. One can achieve an habit to wake up early only if they start to sleep early. Because human beings needs 6 to 8 hours of sleep everyday. Getting those 8 hours sleep will make you less tired and more energetic throughout the day. This can be one of the habit to change your life easily.
Also start to wake up earlier than you need to . This will help you reduce rush and stress in the morning. Stretch , meditate , plan your day. You will find a lot of peace and calm throughout the day. Starting your day in such a positive way can boost your confidence, mental and physical health , better focus and less stress. Habit 2: Move Your Body – Stay Active
This does not mean that you need to hit the gym for hours , just 10-20 min of daily movement is enough to boost your muscles and energy. It can be simple movements like , stretching , a 10min walk, taking stairs instead of lifts . Even these small makes can make big difference. This not only helps your body to stay healthy but also shift your mood, boost confidence and reduce stress.

Habit 3: Limit screen time and social media
This is one of the most crucial task to most of people, because nowadays who can make a day without their phone. But it is not so complicated, there is no need to go screenless the whole day. That is barely possible. Just try to stop unnecassary scrolling. Some are just bored and have nothing to do in their free time , so they just scroll.
Instead of that try something different. Read a book, go for a walk, call your friends, or try new recipes. Try getting a hobby, it can help you reduce screen time a lot more than you think. And most importantly try to avoid screen time at least 15 min after you wake up and also 15 min before you go to sleep. This can be a life-changing habits.
Habit 4: Plan Your Day – you are in control
Before just having a boring routine try to make different plans on some days. It does not have to be all days. But some days. Try to control your day by yourself instead of the day controlling you. Instead of just go with the flow, set your flow. Have an intention first. What difference should I make today? Which new workout should I try today? What book should I read? or What new hobby should i try? Explore! Try to plan it ahead.
Habit 5: Read everyday
Reading is one of the most powerful habit one can have. This can be one of the habits to change your life easily. Reading is very easy and very knowledgeable . It helps you become more creative and helps you to get focus on life. It fuels your imagination, sharpens your thinking , helps in decision making and increase your knowledge.
Reading does not have to be big and heavy books. Start with small. Pick a topic you love. Make it interesting for yourself. And you do not need to stress and complete the whole book in one sitting. Take breaks, two or three pages at a time. Start slow and ease your mind.
